At our US headquarters, opened in 1965, we maintain departments in Audiology Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Marketing, Training, Client Systems Technical Support, Custom Manufacturing and Repair, as well as our infrastructure and business support systems. Everyone at Oticon USA is committed to providing you with prompt reliable service with every interaction. Our Audiology departments are staffed with trained audiologists most of whom have practiced audiology in either a private or clinical setting and are experts with Oticon's products and fitting software. Client Systems can help you with any technical issues with Oticon's fitting software via phone and remote computer support. Our Customer Service and Inside Sales departments are extensions of our outside sales Account Managers. Oticon's Marketing and Training departments develop programs and materials to support you in your activities to learn about Oticon's products, grow your business and reach end users in the most effective way. Every custom order received is processed and made-to-order using the latest technology. We fabricate shells in-house for custom instruments and ear molds for use on BTE instruments. Electronics are assembled into the shells of custom instruments and final finishing is completed in our Operations Department. Repairs and Remakes are performed according to customer request to bring instruments back to original standards.
