Distribution Guidelines

Dear Valued Oticon Customer,

While many exciting changes have occurred in the hearing aid industry in the last several years, one truth remains constant; Oticon hearing aids are best suited to be dispensed and fitted through a dedicated, credentialed, caring professional.

Our hearing instruments are specifically designed and engineered to deliver a premium level of benefit to the end user through the assistance of the hearing care professional. People with hearing loss deserve to make the best choices possible for themselves that best fit their individual needs. We believe this is best accomplished through a personal relationship with a dispensing professional in a face to face setting. Without this critical interaction, the patient is likely to receive an inadequate fit and a marginal experience with Oticon hearing aids.

Therefore, we have created the enclosed guidelines for dispensing Oticon products that meet the minimum standards of care that your clients deserve. These guidelines insure that the end user will continue to receive the maximum benefit, performance and value from Oticon hearing products by maintaining the proper involvement of the hearing care professional.

Please take a moment to read over the enclosed guidelines. (Click here)

With Regards,

Peer Lauritsen
President, Oticon Inc.
